Amanda, Kalee, and Tiffany were all super kind and understanding of my anxiety and helped me through my appointments without making me feel bad about my struggles. Amanda in particular has been very gentle with my cleaning, and Kalee and Tiffany were very personable and cheerful, which made me feel more at ease. I highly recommend this dentist office!

Love this office! Everyone here is fantastic, from the front desk staff booking and confirming appointments (and staying in contact when cancellations happen) to the hygienists, specifically Amanda and Janina, being so friendly and informative. And the Doctor makes being at the dentist for procedural things (wisdom teeth removal, fillings, check ups, etc.) super light and comfortable. I found this office when we moved to Algonquin and have recommended the practice to anyone who has asked for a rec. So consider this a forever recommendation - come here. They’re the best!
I made an appointment and I'm so glad I did! Amanda (Hygienist) was amazing! I've always had shame surrounding this topic. Amanda made me feel so comfortable. We made a plan and are still working on my progress. Jamie (Dental Assist) is so sweet and very careful. Dr. Rao is always in a good mood and her work is expeditiously! Receptionist Kalee is on top of everything, I love that she's always ready to receive you and is always finding what works best for the patient. I very much recommend Progressive Dental in LITH.

She brought up that I was in need of a crown, which I had been putting off. Dr rao was so kind and really made me feel at ease while preping my tooth for a crown. I will be back for future cleaning and dental service.
